Stadium FAQ

General Policies - All Games

Badin, including Matandy SportsPlex, is a non-smoking campus. No smoking, vaping, smokeless tobacco, etc. is permitted in the SportsPlex.
No Alcohol is permitted inside the Matandy SportsPlex.
No outside food or drink is permitted inside the stadium. This includes tumblers.
All seats are first come, first serve. There is no reserved seating.
Badin Students will sit in the student section at the south end of the bleachers (far side of home bleachers closest to the video board).
Gates will open 90 minutes before a varsity football game and 1 hour prior to the start of a soccer match.
No Re-entry - Fans are not permitted to leave the stadium to go to their cars. Once you leave, you must purchase another ticket to re-enter the stadium.

Tickets will be offered first to those who have participated in the funding of this stadium and the parents of the players and cheerleaders. A link will be emailed out the week prior to a home game to this group to purchase your tickets. (i.e. - week 3 is the first home varsity football game-this link will be emailed out the Monday of week 2) We ask that you only purchase tickets for your immediate family.
If additional tickets are available, the link will be made available to the public for purchasing tickets on the Monday of the week of the game.
If the game is not sold out, tickets can be purchased at the gate. Due to the large number of fans we expect at the games - you are encouraged to purchase tickets online to avoid the lines. Tickets at the gate can be purchased with cash or credit card.

Handicap parking for the stadium is in the upper parking lot behind school. A vehicle must have a valid handicap parking permit displayed to park in one of these spots. There are 16 spots available in the upper parking lot.

The Alumni Room can be reserved for a class or team event. The rental fee is $250.
The scheduling of this room will be on a first come, first serve basis.
Scheduling will be made through the Advancement Department.

Badin will provide pop and water for any event in this room.
No Alcohol will be permitted in the room or in the stadium.
Outside food will be permitted to be brought in for your event.
There will be a few seating arrangement options for this room. This will be discussed two weeks prior to your event.
The maximum number of people will be determined by the seating arrangement.
The Alumni Room will be open 2 hours prior to the start of the game for the start of your event and must be finished and cleared no later than 30 minutes after the end of the game.
It is the responsibility of the group that is renting the room to make sure all garbage is in the trash cans and all food is removed at the end of the event. Badin’s maintenance staff will take care of removing the trash cans, mopping the floor, and resetting the room.

We will have a designated area on the field located in the south end zone - The Herd Hub - for a class that would like to attend a game as part of their reunion weekend.
Tickets will be sold separately for this area through the Advancement Department. If you are interested, please contact Kim Graham (kgraham@BadinHS.org) or Jackie Noelker (jnoelker@BadinHS.org).
We will be limiting the number of classes in this area to two classes per game.
Upon arrival at the game, you will receive a lanyard that will serve as your ticket to enter and allow you access to the Herd Hub in the south end zone. You will receive this from a member of the Advancement Office.

The designated tailgating area is in the upper parking lot behind school. This area will be reserved for those who have purchased a tailgating spot for the season.
The cost of a tailgating spot is $250 for the 2025-26 Varsity Football Season.
The spots will be numbered, and you will receive a pass with your assigned spot listed on the pass.
You must have this pass to enter this area.
The Tailgate lot (and all lots) on game days do not open until 4:30 p.m.
Tailgating lot must be cleared out 30 minutes after the conclusion of the game.
You must park in your designated spot.
You must set up your area directly behind your spot - allowing cars to move past you.
Tailgating spots will be sold through Hometown Ticketing, on a first come, first serve basis until all spots are sold.
Limit one parking spot per person.
It is the responsibility of the person who purchases the tailgating spot to clean up the area after the game and put garbage in the proper location, making sure the area is free of trash when you leave.
Badin High School reserves the right to revoke a spot for inappropriate behavior or violation of school policies.

There will be a limited number of spots available for purchase in the upper parking lot for those who would need to have a reserved parking spot close to the main entrance. (13 spots)
These spots will be $250 for the fall season.
These spots will be sold through Hometown Ticketing.
These spots do not become open till 5:00 and must be vacated no later than 30 minutes after the game.
You will receive a tag with your reserve spot number indicated on it.
You must have this tag to park in these spots.

General Parking will be in the parking lot to the west of the school.
Game parking is not available until 4:30 pm and must be vacated no later than 30 minutes after the game.
No parking in any reserved parking areas.
Vehicles must be parked in a parking spot not on the curbs or landscaped areas.
Parking will be limited so we encourage you to carpool.
Additional parking areas are in the lower parking lot of Potters golf course, located to the east of the school along New London Road.
No parking is permitted on Jerdan Lane or Westridge Dr.
Street parking may be available in the neighborhood across the street from the front of Badin High School.
