Plan Your Reunion

Helpful resources for planning a Badin class reunion

Planning a Badin Class Reunion?

Whether you're celebrating five years or fifty, reconnecting with your classmates is a great way to relive memories and create new ones. Use this guide to help get your reunion plans underway!

1. Start with the Alumni Office

The Badin Alumni Office is your first stop for reunion planning support. We can help answer questions, share ideas, and assist in promoting your event to fellow classmates.

2. Decide What Your Reunion Will Look Like

Every class has its own personality. Some classes prefer a casual gathering, while others enjoy a formal dinner or weekend celebration. Think about what type of event will encourage the most classmates to attend.

3. Choose a Date and Venue

Select a date that works for your class and begin exploring venue options. Looking for a nostalgic way to celebrate? Consider hosting your reunion during a Badin home football game and come back to campus.

Classes celebrating at a home football game may choose from two on-campus options:

HERD HUB

  • Located in the end zone
  • Complimentary for the class that reserves it
  • Includes seating and bottled water
  • Perfect for a relaxed game-day reunion

LePera Alumni Room

  • $250 rental fee
  • Private indoor gathering space
  • Two televisions to watch the game
  • Garage door access to enjoy the stadium atmosphere (weather permitting)
  • Comfortable seating for classmates and guests

4. Build Your Invitation List

Create a list of classmates, spouses, guests, former teachers, coaches, and staff members you'd like to include. The more complete your list, the better chance you have of reconnecting with old friends. The Alumni Department at Badin can supply you with a list from our database to get you started. Please share updates with us!

5. Get the Word Out

Successful reunions start with strong communication. Email, social media, text messages, and personal outreach are all great ways to spread the word. The Alumni Office can also help promote your reunion through Badin alumni channels.

6. Confirm the Final Details

As the event approaches, finalize attendance numbers, share reminders, and communicate any important information with guests. A little preparation goes a long way toward creating a memorable experience.

7. Come Home to Badin

Enjoy an evening of laughter, stories, and reconnecting with classmates who shared your time at Badin. Take photos, revisit old memories, and celebrate the lasting bond of the Ram community.
