Virtual Scholar Leader Academy Info Night
Scholar Leader Academy is an honors program designed for students who are eager to challenge themselves academically, grow as leaders, and explore future career opportunities. SLA students are invited to join based on their performance on the High School Placement Test (HSPT), recognizing their strong academic potential.
Throughout the school year, Scholar Leader Academy students participate in a variety of enriching experiences beyond the classroom. They attend Focus Meetings, monthly seminars and educational field trips, engage in career exploration with professionals, complete volunteer service opportunities, and challenge themselves through rigorous academic coursework. Students are also placed into small cohorts, creating a supportive learning community that encourages academic excellence, meaningful friendships, leadership development, and a deeper understanding of the many career paths available after high school.
