Our freshman selection is Megan Spiegel. Megan obviously enjoys being at Badin High School and shows it with a positive spirit and outlook every day. She’s already involved in numerous activities, including Wrestlettes, Pro Life Club and Ambassadors. She had a strong first semester and that’s just the start of many successful semesters in her Badin High School experience.
Our sophomore selection is Zach Gibbemeyer. Zach is a first-class individual and shows a great attitude toward himself and everyone around him. He always gives his best in terms of attitude and participation. Said one teacher, “Zach is high-spirited and highly competitive, so he keeps everyone on their toes. He has been a wonderful addition to our class.” That says it all.
Our junior selection is Stacy Fisher. Stacy is a hard worker who is friendly to everyone she meets. She has made a very positive impact in the Anthony Munoz Leadership program, has been in the Work/Study Program and is a varsity soccer player. If you ask her to do something, she’ll do it in a timely fashion and do it very well. She’s a winner in the Class of 2013.
Our senior selection is Kim Golden. Kim could be the Student of the Month every month. Or, as one faculty member put it on her nomination, “No comments needed.” As the president of Student Council, she has shown strong leadership with the Make-A-Wish project and the Canned Food Drive, just to name two. She is a standout throughout the school, in the classroom, on the soccer field, wherever she shows up. Kim has been a leading light in the Class of 2012 for four years, and will continue to be so well beyond Badin High School.
