Dear ParentsMy name is Paula Popper. I was born in Chile and I was raised in Venezuela, South America. My maternal language is Spanish and I am fluent in English. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish and a minor in Education from University of South Carolina. I have traveled to many countries in Central and Latin America as in Europe, so I have had experience with many different cultures. I moved to the United States in 1996 and a year later we were moving again, this time to Mexico City, Mexico due to my husband job. Now we are in Ohio to stay! I have been working at Badin since 2004. I teach Spanish II, Spanish III and Spanish IV. I hope this year would be a successful year for my students in their Spanish Class. They will not only learn about grammar but also about different cultures and real life situations. Besides loving being a teacher I like to draw portraits! Feel free to visit my classroom and be part of the Spanish experience! —Señora Popper
