TAG
TAG is a high school student organization started in 2006 by students at Stephen T. Badin High School. This group is made up of high school students in grades 9-12 who are interested in making a difference in their school, in their community, and in the world. TAG meets once a month after school. Members are required to be at 50% of the meetings and participate in at least one TAG event per semester!
After the 30-Hour Famine retreat in April of 2006 a group of students decided that it was not enough to spend time serving others who are hungry, poor, ill, and simply those in need in many other ways so they created a student group called TAG: the Teen Advocacy Group. Since the beginning of the 2006 – 2007 school year, Badin TAG has done a tremendous amount of service in our school, local community, nation, and the world at large. We feel that this group of dedicated young people truly makes a difference to those in need. They have a great time, share their hearts and changes peoples’ lives.
All students are welcome. Please see Mrs. Helms or Mr. Hosmer for more information! Thanks.
