Please feel free to include newspaper clippings, yearbook articles, statistic sheets, etc. to support your nomination. Please use additional paper for your remarks if necessary. Nominations are welcome at any time.

CRITERIA FOR SELECTION

1. The nominee, either living or dead, has made a significant contribution to athletics in high school and beyond.

2. The athlete must be away from high school at least ten years or no longer be an active coach at Badin.

3. The nominee must be a contributing member of society.

4. The nominee may be a Badin supporter who did not participate in a particular sport, but has contributed to school's sports program.

NOTE: Once nominated, the nomination stays in an active file for five years.
